AfterStride beta

Beta terms

Last updated 13 September 2026

AfterStride is a running and strength coaching app in an invite-only beta. These terms explain the practical basis for requesting access and using the beta.

Access and availability

Beta requests are reviewed manually. Sending a request does not create an account or guarantee an invitation or a particular invitation date. Use the access provided in your own invitation.

The beta is under development. Features, connections and access can vary while they are tested. Marketing screenshots use example data; a phone mockup does not indicate public App Store availability.

Training guidance

AfterStride provides training structure, coaching guidance and tools for recording and reflecting on activity. It does not provide medical diagnosis or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. The app does not guarantee a performance result or freedom from injury.

Use your judgement about whether a session is appropriate for you. Example sessions and scenarios on the marketing page illustrate the product; they are not a personal training prescription.

Your account and other people

Keep your sign-in details private and provide information accurately to the best of your knowledge. Respect other runners' privacy when using coach or club features. Do not attempt to access someone else's records or disrupt the service.

Please report a fault or unexpected behaviour to paul@afterstride.uk. Keep general beta feedback free of other people's personal information.

Leaving the beta and privacy

You can stop using the beta and contact us about your account or information. The beta privacy notice explains the main information we use and how to make a privacy request.

Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights or excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. For a question about the beta or these terms, contact paul@afterstride.uk.
